Open all holidays other than christmas

Big Hands Little Hands Childcare Ltd. provide holiday care throughout the year and are set within St Cuthberts Church hall Shotley Bridge. We have access to the Main Hall, quiet film room and outdoor area. The Main Hall is where all food is served and we can bake, do lots of arts and crafts and have free play including the childrens favourite the soft play. Whenever the weather allows, we all love to get outdoors playing games and exploring our pirate ship and large sand pit. 

During the summer holidays, we often have themed weeks. In the past we have done The Olympics and The Cruise, to name just a couple.  Our Cruise year was a particular favourite and we 'visited' countries trying out their food, customs and costumes! We BBQ'd in Australia; ate noodles with chopsticks in China and donned Sombrero's in Mexico.

As well as all the excitement inside the club, we also regularly take the children on excursions to places like Allensford, Hall Hill Farm, South Sheilds and Gibside.
